When we listen to our thoughts with harsh judgment we become anxious or self critical. We start to believe our negative thoughts (monkey chatter) instead of letting
them go ~whoosh~ so we can take action like Georgia O’Keefe.
Simply put, in the spirit of St. Nike, “Just do it” or “Just be it.”
Note that ‘Just do it” is a Zen Koan
The miracle comes when you choose to assume self control (power of your spirit) and make a loving shift from worrier to warrior in the here and now.
The self-love warrior within is focused in the present moment by moment with a clear mind, peaceful heart. We got this!
